The effective teacher displays an open and questioning mind, making it clear that learning never ends just as the world of science is changing and growing at a rapid pace.</span>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Many times, the process of finding the answer to a question is more important than the answer itself. By asking different levels of questions interactively and employing suitable reinforcement towards pupil&#8217;s responses, the teacher can guide the thinking precess of the pupils.
