The effective teacher displays an open and questioning mind, making it clear that learning never ends just as the world of science is changing and growing at a rapid pace.

Many times, the process of finding the answer to a question is more important than the answer itself. By asking different levels of questions interactively and employing suitable reinforcement towards pupil’s responses, the teacher can guide the thinking precess of the pupils.
